ABOUT ME

I’m Laura, and I bring over 20 years of experience creating, building, and operating consumer brands across retail, wholesale, DTC, e-commerce, and national distribution — including 15 years running physical retail businesses.

My experience spans functional beverages, wellness, lifestyle goods, and regulated products.

I work founder-to-founder, helping consumer brand leaders make clear, grounded decisions around brand and growth clarity, retail readiness, channel strategy, and sustainable growth.

I’ve spent my career building brands in the real world — through growth phases, market shifts, margin pressure, and the moments when hard decisions have real consequences.

I’ve navigated store closures, channel pivots, and the shift from retail-first to e-commerce-led growth. I’ve worked with digital agencies that didn’t deliver, burned cash learning what not to do, and ultimately rebuilt lean, founder-led systems that kept the business alive and profitable.

Today, building on my work with Tealish and alongside launching Elec’trik Kids, I bring that lived experience to my advisory work — helping founders simplify complexity, prioritize what truly matters, and make decisions that support sustainable growth without quietly consuming their lives.
